Use this page when you want Soulee to delete particular personal information while keeping your account active.

How to submit the request
- Email info@souleeapp.com from the email address connected to your account when possible.
- Use the subject Soulee data deletion request.
- Include your username and clearly describe the information you want removed.
- Complete any reasonable verification step we request.
Examples of data you may request to delete
- Specific profile details.
- Specific posts, photos, videos, or memories.
- Support information you previously submitted.
- Other personal information associated with your account.
Important limitations
Some information may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, moderation, legal compliance, disputes, or technical backup rotation. Content already received or copied by another person may remain in their possession.
Timeframe
We aim to respond to verified requests and complete eligible deletion within 30 days.
