Delete your Soulee account

This page lets you request permanent deletion of your Soulee account and the data associated with it, even when you cannot access the app.

How to submit the request

Email info@souleeapp.com from the email address connected to your Soulee account when possible.
Use the subject Soulee account deletion request.
Include your Soulee username and the email address or phone number connected to the account.
Complete any reasonable identity-verification step we request. This prevents another person from deleting your account.

What will be deleted

After verification, Soulee will delete or de-identify the account and associated information from active systems, including profile information and account-controlled content, subject to the exceptions below.

Information that may be retained

Limited records required for security, fraud prevention, moderation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
Temporary backup copies until normal backup rotation completes.
Messages or content already received, saved, or copied by another person.
De-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you.

Timeframe

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Complex legal, safety, or technical circumstances may require additional time, and we will communicate when that happens.

This action is permanent. Once deletion is completed, the account and deleted information cannot normally be restored.
